HOW TO PERFECTLY COOK SIZZLING CRISPY BITUKANG MANOK SISIG | TIPID PULUTAN RECIPE | FOODNATICS
Sisig means "to snack on something sour", it is a Kapampangan dish, composed of pig’s head and liver, mixed with onions, chili and seasoned with kalamansi or lemon. However, this version consists of crispy chicken intestine which is more budget-friendly and perfect for “pulutan” or finger food, best partner with a glass of beer.
